We are looking for a part time Purchasing Assistant to join our team.
This is a part time role, working 25-30 hours per week.
Role and Key Responsibilities
You will provide purchasing support to the Engineering Teams across multiple projects. Working closely with the Senior Engineering Team and the Finance Manager your duties will include:
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a key player in ensuring that project schedules are met, and therefore we are looking for somebody with can-do attitude who is calm under pressure with a clear understanding of the timescale pressures that are frequently placed on Engineering Projects Teams. You will probably have previous experience in a purchasing role, ideally in an engineering or technical manufacturing business or a project driven environment. You will also need to demonstrate the following attributes:
