DTPS - Panasonic Offline Programming and Robot Simulation Software

Desk Top Programming & Simulation System

The Panasonic DTPS offline robot simulation and programming system is used for simulation and offline programming of Panasonic industrial robots.

Standard Panasonic system components are included in the CAD package data base.

There is an integral DTPS 3D CAD system for incorporation of system components or alternatively the Import of external 3D CAD data is possible.

  • Jigs and tools can be simulated and the accessibility and working area can be checked
  • Complex systems can be simulated and programs can be validated

In addition to use as an offline programming and robot simulation package the DTPS system can also be utilized for optimization and documentation of existing robot programs which can be downloaded from your robot system and imported into the software.

Once optimisation work has been completed the robot programs can then be sent back to the robot system.

The system is suitable for many kinds of applications, including MIG, MAG, TIG, spot welding, handling, spraying and assembling.

Programs can be made offline - without stopping your production. The availability of the robot system increases dramatically.
