By road from M3

Follow M3 south

Join M27 Westbound towards Southampton and New Forest

Leave M27 at Junction 3. At the roundabout, take the first exit to join M271 towards Southampton

At the roundabout at the end of the motorway, take the first exit to join A35 towards Southampton

Stay in the left hand lane ofA35 (the middle and right hand lanes will take you over the flyover towards Southampton). As you approach the roundabout under the flyover, stay in the right hand lane

At the roundabout take the 4^th exit, signposted Dock Gate 20

Almost immediately turn left into Third Avenue

Turn right at the next junction. Take care at this unusual junction which is not very well signposted

Take the next right into Manor House Avenue (just after the Toyota showroom)

Turn right at the next T Junction (Williams Shipping is directly opposite)

Take the second right into Chancerygate Business Centre

Turn left

Units 2&3 are on the left

Please park anywhere in front of Units 2&3 and use the visitor's entrance in Unit 3 at the far end

Chancerygate Business Centre is about 5 minutes by taxi from Southampton Central Railway Station

Chancerygate Business Centre is approximately 15 minutes drive from Southampton airport, 30 minutes drive from Bournemouth and 1.5 hours drive from the London airports
