Turntable robotic system system with additional component manipulation

This style of robotic system features a turntable system to present loaded components to the robot (or robots) for welding but has the added advantage of one or two axes fixture manipulation at each station. This allows greater access to awkward areas and improved weld torch angles for cycle time and quality optimisation.
