OVERVIEW

This used robot welding cell is less than 2 years old and has had minimal use in production.

The cell consists of a central support fabrication which locates the Panasonic TA1800WG robot on a 1000mm two position shift track, the fabrication also supports two 500kg capacity, servo controlled, head and tailstock style positioners with 3500mm between faceplates.

One head and tailstock is located either side of the robot, entry to the loading area is through hinged, interlocked access doors with light curtain presence detection inside. The system will not operate at a station unless its door is locked closed and the light curtain is clear.
